History is witness to the fact that creative genius and mental illness often manifest together in artists who have churned out music which has left a mark in the world. However, with fame came its accompanying vices like money, drugs and other intoxicants. Many couldn't deal with the demons inside their heads and ended their lives while others succumbed to drugs. Unfortunately, these musicians died young but what they left behind continues to help and inspire future generations.
